Tour Plan
After breakfast the tour departs. First stop is Arusha Town for any last minute purchases before we head off on safari. Afterwards we head towards the Tarangire National Park for a game drive with picnic lunch at the park. Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the centre of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebras.
After breakfast, around 7:30 am depart for Serengeti from Tarangire , descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then heard to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. After afternoon game drive around 5:30 we take you back to lodge for dinner and overnight .
After breakfast, enjoy a full day game drive in the Serengeti National Park. The area around Lobo and the Grumeti River has good resident game throughout the year. Non-migrating game like elephant, buffalo, gazelle, zebra, lion, leopard and cheetah can be seen here all year round. The game viewing is very good and you can follow game for long periods without seeing other vehicles – truly one of the forgotten corners of the Serengeti Plains. Magnificent riverine trees can be found along the river lines and bird life such as kingfishers and fish eagles can be found here. Dinner and overnight in the Lobo area, as per the standard and type of accommodation option requested.
Our day starts with a morning game drive central of Serengeti. For animals, that’s an active time of the day – not hot yet, so there is a lot to see out there until by 11:30am then we return back to the camp for Brunch. On our way back we will stop at Oldupai Gorge if the time is allowed. It’s a fascinating archaeological site we will visit if you are interested in history and Masai trib, overnight
Our last day starts very early in the morning. Equipped with a picnic lunch we descend 2000 ft. down to the Crater floor by our 4×4 wheel drive vehicle for game viewing. Let’s explore this Garden of Eden. Ngorongoro is a huge and deep volcanic Crater. There’s rich pasture, swamps, forest and permanent water on the Crater floor that’s why wildlife here is so diverse and numerous. There are up to 25.000 larger animals living here. It’d the best opportunity to see Black Rhino and many other rare species like the black-manned lion. We will have a fantastic day and you will see wildlife at its best and made the maximum of four days safari, Late afternoon we drive back to Arusha city and we will drop you at airport to depart to Zanzibar. .Zanzibar you will overnight at Amaan bungalows.
On this day you will do stone town tour and prison Island trip.
There are 2 main species of dolphins in Zanzibar, the humpback and the bottled nose dolphins. On this day you will have a chance to swim with the dolphins and after the swim you will go to Jozani forest where you will have to see the only monkeys in the world that are found in Zanzibar. The monkeys that eat grass and not fruits.
On this day you will enjoy your free moment at the beach hotel.
This will be the last day to say bye-bye to the Tanzania and Zanzibar land.
