Tour Plan
Morning: Arusha – Momella Gate – Mount Meru Hike
After an early breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Momella Gate in Arusha National Park. Upon arrival, complete park registration and meet your armed ranger and mountain guide.
Begin your hike through lush montane forest, passing waterfalls, wildlife habitats, and scenic viewpoints. Along the way, you may encounter giraffes, buffaloes, warthogs, monkeys, and numerous bird species.
Midday: Picnic Lunch
Enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic viewpoint while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding park and Mount Meru's slopes.
Afternoon: Return Hike – Arusha
After lunch, continue exploring the trail before descending back to Momella Gate. Meet your driver and transfer back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon.
